Important info regarding your telephone consultation:

Your doctor will call you on the day of your booking, this may come through as a private or unknown number.

*Please note: The time mentioned in your confirmation text is not always indicative of when the doctor will call you, this will all depend on when they have a chance during the day. Unfortunately, we cannot give an accurate time for telephone consultations.

 

You may receive a copy of your receipt via email, or if you would like a copy we can print it for you at your next visit.


Patients aged under 16 and over 65 are bulk billed for consultations, if eligible for Medicare. All other patients are to pay a fee - please be advised our fee for phone consultation is $90, depending on length and/or complexity of appointment. (Medicare rebates available, if eligible). If you are eligible for Medicare the practice will submit your rebate on your behalf within 48 hours.
