New patient information:

You should receive a link to fill out your new patient information online. Please do this prior to attending your appointment. It is important that we get all of your information, including contact details of your emergency contact and next of kin.

Our fee's:

We are a private practice therefore our services attract a fee - please be advised our fee's for standard consultations range from $90 - $150, depending on length and/or complexity of appointment. (Medicare rebates available, if eligible).  

​

Patients aged under 16 and over 65 are bulk billed for standard consultations, if eligible for Medicare.

Our cancellation policy:​

If you fail to attend your appointment or do not cancel within 2 hours, you may be charged a fee of up to $90. 

​

Multiple failures to attend may result in additional fee's charged and you will be unable to book an appointment before pre-paying the full estimated fee of that appointment.​

Nurse/procedure appointments: ​​

If you require our nurse or require an injection, wound check or other procedure, you must pre-book with our nursing team. You cannot book with our nurse online, please do this by calling the clinic.

Booking appointments:

To make and manage your appointments, you can download the app "AMS Connect" from your mobile app store and follow the prompts. Alternativly book online or call the clinic on 0749511311.
