You should receive a link to fill out your new patient information online. Please do this prior to attending your appointment. It is important that we get all of your information, including contact details of your emergency contact and next of kin.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 4 hours of your booking time, a fee of up to $95 may apply.
If you book a telephone consultation and do not answer after two attempts, this will also be considered a missed appointment.
Repeated missed appointments may result in:

Additional fees, and
-
A requirement to pre-pay the full estimated fee before booking future appointments.

Consultation Fees
Paul Hopkins Medical Complex is a private billing practice.

Standard consultation fees: $95 – $150, depending on appointment length and complexity.

Additional fees may apply for procedures or treatments.

Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients.
Patients under 16 years and over 65 years are bulk billed for standard consultations (if eligible for Medicare).

Telephone Consultations
Telephone appointments are charged the same rate as standard face-to-face consultations.

You can easily make or manage your appointments using the AMS Connect app — available in your mobile app store.

MyMedicare Registration
PHMC encourages all regular patients to register for MyMedicare.
