You have booked a brief appointment for scripts only.
Please read the following carefully before your appointment.

This appointment is bulk billed only if it is for repeat prescriptions.
Any other issues or extended discussions may incur a standard consultation fee.

Prescriptions will only be provided at the doctor’s discretion, and only for medications that:
- Have been previously approved and prescribed to you by this practice, and
- Are due for renewal.

Prescriptions will not be provided for:
- Medications that require PBS authority.
- Addictive or restricted drugs, including opiates, pain medications, or benzodiazepines.
- Antibiotics, as these require a full consultation.

Some complex prescriptions may only be completed by your regular doctor. The Script Clinic does not accommodate these types of requests.

If the doctors thinks you need further assessment or they need more time, they may ask you to rebook a full consultation.

If you fail to attend your appointment or do not cancel within 2 hours, a fee of up to $95 may apply.

Multiple missed appointments may result in:

Standard consultations: $90 – $150, depending on length and complexity.
Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients.
Patients under 16 and over 65 are bulk billed for standard consultations (if eligible for Medicare).
Telephone consultations are charged at the same rate as face-to-face visits.
